📦 What is the delivery time of my order?

Orders placed on workdays before 16:59 will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands and Belgium, you will usually receive your order within 1 workday.

🚚 How will my order be shipped?

We ship with reliable carriers such as PostNL, DPD or UPS. You will always receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.

🎨 Can I also order custom-made foam?

We offer a wide range of colours, sizes and finishes. We do not cut everything custom, but we are happy to think along with you. Contact us for the possibilities!

❗ Can I return products?

Yes, you can return within 14 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note: custom cut or customized products cannot be returned.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely via iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Wix Payments.

💧 Is the foam really water-repellent and UV-resistant?

Yes! Our teak foam is water-repellent, anti-slip, and UV-resistant. It is also heat-resistant and provided with a high-quality adhesive layer.

🧽 How do I maintain the foam?

Cleaning is easy with mild soap and water. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents - this will keep your foam looking beautiful for the longest time.

📍 Can I also pick up my order?

Yes, pick up is possible by appointment. Contact us to schedule a time.

🤝 Do you also offer cooperation with companies or dealers?

Sure! Are you a dealer, yacht builder or active in the water sports industry? Contact us for business opportunities and discounts for larger purchases.
